      “April is in my Mistress face” has a 4/4 rhythm, which you can see by being able to count 4 crotchet notes in one bar.

      There is no single melody, the piece is sung by four voices and has a polyphonic structure, thus, all the voices are equally important.

      I think the dynamics stay overall the same although, out of experience I know, that some of the higher notes are sometimes sung with more emphasis, which has to do with classical singing techniques.

      The tempo is not directly given and maybe somewhat open for interpretation. Nonetheless, according to the century the piece was written in, I would have said it should neither be incredibly fast nor slow, as it was important during that time to make the text understandable, but the music had to stay interesting as well.
